Refund and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
• New and unused.
• Free from any marks or damage.
• In its complete, original packaging.
To process a return, please contact us first to obtain approval.
Important notes:
• Food products, such as coffee beans, are non-returnable.
• Paper filters are non-returnable if the packaging has been opened.
Refunds:
Once the product is received and inspected, we will contact you and transfer the product’s value to your wallet.
