How to Brew
- Add coarsely ground coffee to the filter. A good starting point is 80–100g for a full pitcher.
- Slowly pour cold, filtered water over the grounds and fill the pitcher.
- Put the lid on and refrigerate for 12–18 hours.
- Remove the filter and discard the grounds.
- Serve over ice. Dilute with water or milk to taste if it’s too strong.
Tips: Use a coarse grind, similar to French press, for the cleanest result. Keep the finished cold brew covered in the fridge and drink it within a few days for the best flavour.
