IKAPE Cold Brew Coffee Maker

Cold brew is the easiest way to enjoy smooth, naturally sweet iced coffee at home, especially through an Egyptian summer. No machine, no heat, just coffee, water and time.

The IKAPE Cold Brew Coffee Maker is part of our Cold Brew collection, chosen for its simple, mess-free design.

Key Features

• 1-litre capacity: Brews about 4 cups at a time, enough for several days of iced coffee
• Removable fine-mesh filter: Keeps grounds out of your cup for a clean, residue-free brew
• Brew and serve in one: Steep, remove the filter and pour straight from the pitcher
• Easy to clean: The filter detaches completely for quick rinsing
• Fridge-friendly: A compact shape that fits in your refrigerator
• Not just coffee: Also works for cold-brew tea and fruit infusions

How to Brew

1. Add coarsely ground coffee to the filter. A good starting point is 80–100g for a full pitcher.
2. Slowly pour cold, filtered water over the grounds and fill the pitcher.
3. Put the lid on and refrigerate for 12–18 hours.
4. Remove the filter and discard the grounds.
5. Serve over ice. Dilute with water or milk to taste if it’s too strong.

Tips: Use a coarse grind, similar to French press, for the cleanest result. Keep the finished cold brew covered in the fridge and drink it within a few days for the best flavour.
